Standard Carnations
Dianthus varieties for classic cut flower production, selected for commercial growers.
Azienda Agricola Di Giorgio breeds and produces young plants of Dianthus / Carnation for growers who cultivate professional cut flowers. We do not sell finished flowers to consumers: our work starts earlier, with plant material selected for commercial flower production.

Since 1978, Di Giorgio has worked in floriculture in Taggia, near Sanremo, an area known internationally as the Riviera dei Fiori. Our company focuses on the selection, breeding and propagation of Dianthus varieties for cut flower production. Our know-how has grown through decades of work with growers, commercial cultivation needs and varietal innovation.
We speak to professional growers, nurseries, agents, importers and distributors who are looking for reliable young plants, rooted cuttings and plant material for carnation production.
Our offer is dedicated to professional cultivation. The goal is simple: provide healthy and uniform young plants that growers can cultivate until they produce flowers for cutting.

Taggia and Sanremo are part of the Riviera dei Fiori, a coastal area with a long tradition in ornamental horticulture. The mild climate, the proximity to the Ligurian Alps and generations of specialized growers helped this region become one of Italy’s symbolic areas for flowers, carnations, roses, ranunculus, anemones and ornamental greenery.
For Di Giorgio, this territory is not only an address: it is part of our identity and of the technical culture behind our varieties.

We are interested in relationships with professional operators who understand the difference between a finished flower and the young plant material needed to produce it.
Growers producing carnations and Dianthus for professional flower markets.
Local partners who introduce reliable young plant material to their market.
Professional nurseries interested in technical cooperation and commercial development.
Send us a message with your country, company profile and the type of Dianthus / Carnation young plants you are looking for. We will reply with the most relevant information for your market.
